"Frankie My Dear" is the 6th episode of season 2 of Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. SPOILER: Plot details follow. Frankie's been forced to do a bunch of paperwork by Mr. Herriman, which she's obviously really upset about, especially since she'd rather go to a concert with her friends. Mac, who happens to be at Foster's as well (presumably to spend time with Bloo), encourages Frankie to go.
